Registration for one junior (under 16) for the 2025 NMC convention in Harrogate.

If you're joining us for the Friday night dinner, please select your menu options after selecting "Yes" for the dinner. You can let us know nearer the time if you can't decide right now.

There's a special menu available for under 14s - please contact us for more details.

The hotel need confirmation of menu options at least two weeks before the convention so these options will be unavailable after 3rd April.

• Herb roasted salmon fillet with sautéed new potatoes, lemon butter sauce **

• Parsnip & chickpea falafel roast, roasted potatoes, ratatouille, vegan gravy. (VE)

• Raspberry and white chocolate cheesecake
• Sticky toffee pudding with sticky toffee sauce
• Lemon curd & white chocolate Eton mess (GF)
• Local Cheeses, celery, grapes, chutney, biscuits
